MEET BILMA

Bilma is a very sweet girl who wants to give and receive kisses all of the time. She already has a few nicknames, but tends to answer to Billie the most. She seems to be potty trained for the most part, but does make mistakes and just needs to be redirected outside when that happens. Bilma is a 3 yr-old small pit mix who thinks she’s a lap dog and loves to snuggle up on the couch with you and watch TV. She really likes to watch “Grace and Frankie”. She also really loves car rides with the windows down and the music up. She needs help getting up on the couch and up in the car and has a hard time getting up and down steps. I’ve noticed that she also has a difficult time sitting. Bilma was at the shelter for a while before getting to move in with her wonderful foster mom, so these could just be issues from having to be in a small kennel for such a long period of time and might clear up on their own with more time. Bilma has a little elephant toy that she likes to bury in different places in the yard, and treats are her very favorite thing. Bilma is not good with other dogs and cats, although her foster mom believes she will get better with other animals with some training. She tends to get overwhelmed in crowded places and has a bad habit of drinking so much water at one time that she throws up. Bilma would do great with a person or family who can spend a lot of time with her and give her all the love she wants. She’s shy at first when meeting new people, but warms up so quickly and will be the most loyal friend you’ve ever had. Please contact us to set up a meet and great with sweet Billie girl.
