Animal Control

While All Kind has partnered with the City of Abilene to manage the animal shelter, Animal Control will be transitioning to the Abilene Police Department.

The City of Abilene and the Abilene Police Department will be providing the following animal field services:

  • Animal Welfare & Cruelty Investigations

  • Dangerous Dogs

  • Strays

  • When an Animal Bites a Human

  • Wildlife
